A recent addition to the King Street Chronicle, “Humans of Sacred Heart” is based on photographer-blogger Mr. Brandon Stanton’s project, Humans of New York. Mr. Stanton photographs people on the streets of New York City and documents snippets of their lives which he then uploads to his online blog, Facebook page, and Instagram account.
After gaining over eight million followers on his social media sites, Mr. Stanton’s project became the subject of world-wide attention. His stories have been compiled and published in his first book, Humans of New York, which broke headlines as a #1 New York Times best-seller.
By including this new feature, we hope to explore the many personalities and characters that make up our unique community.
