    This is an important article, not only for young people, but for everyone. Meditation is very helpful and is even better if you practice the technique of breathing in deeply through the nose to the count of six, holding your breath to the count of 3 and exhaling through your mouth to the count of 7. It really works! I read about this and thought it sounded crazy….until I tried it!
