"Humans of Sacred Heart" – Megan Maher ’19

What did you and your family do for the Super Bowl?
“My family and I get really excited for the Super Bowl.  This year we made all of the food for the game together and watched all of the hype videos and pregame clips.  I ended up going to a friend’s house with all of my friends to watch the game which was really fun.”
What team were you rooting for and why?
“My family and I were rooting for the Patriots.  We are huge Patriots fans. We watch every game together and even listen to it on the radio if we are in the car when it is game time.  My mom grew up outside of Boston, and the majority of her family still lives there, so I have been a Patriots fan for my whole life.”
What is your favorite part about the Super Bowl?
“My favorite part of the Super Bowl also applies to why I love watching football in general.  Watching football, especially the Super Bowl, with my family is one of my favorite traditions, and I love that we are all together, rooting for the same team.”
The King Street Chronicle thanks senior Megan Maher ’19 for her contributions to “Humans of Sacred Heart.”
