On this episode of King Street Conversations, we explore the importance of women’s representation in the health and medical fields. Arianna Chin ’26 and Dua Khan ’26, co-heads of the Sisters in Health Pre-Med Club, joined us to talk about the club’s initiatives. Through their platform, they have worked to raise awareness within the school community and inspire their peers to pursue careers in the medical space. We also sat down with Dr. Melissa Pecullan, Upper School Math and Science Teacher and 7-12 Math Department Chair, to discuss her experience working in a male-dominated industry. Dr. Pecullan shared insights into her time at the pharmaceutical company Pfizer and how that experience has shaped her career as a teacher at Sacred Heart Greenwich.
