Humans of Sacred Heart- Peyton Steinthal ’21
How many Sacred Heart Greenwich Father Daughter Dinner Dances have you attended?
“I have gone to every Father Daughter Dinner Dance since I first came to Sacred Heart Greenwich in sixth grade, so that is three Middle School Dances and one Upper School Dance.
How is the Upper School Father Daughter Dinner Dance different from that of the Middle School?
“The Upper School Father Daughter Dinner Dance was very different from the Middle School in many ways. Although the themes are the same, the Upper School dance is much more sentimental than the Middle School. Rather than just simply a night full of dancing with my dad and friends, the dance focused in on the Seniors, and it was really interesting to see how much the Seniors’ fathers cared about making it a memorable and meaningful night.”
What was the best part of your night during the Father Daughter Dinner Dance?
“The highlight of my night was the Dadrigals’ video and performance. It was my first time watching both the video and the performance. I had no clue what to expect, but it ended up being one of the funniest things I have ever watched. The song lyrics and skits were so creative, and I loved the video of the dads in the pool. I cannot wait for the dance again next year to watch the Dadrigals again.”
The King Street Chronicle thanks freshman Peyton Steinthal ’21 for her contributions to “Humans of Sacred Heart.”
