Empowering young women through female academic leadership
In the March edition of the King Street Conversations, we interviewed four female Upper School faculty members for their insight on an all-girls education and how they try to help young women build confidence in academic environments. We met with Ms. Ellen Spillane, Upper School Mathematics Teacher, Mrs. Jillian Bozzi, Upper School History Teacher, Mrs. Sarah Martin, Upper School English Teacher, and Mrs. Marnie McDonald, Upper School Dean of Students and Interim Head of School, to learn more about helping the next generation of women succeed in their academic careers and beyond.
