In honor of Earth Day, this edition of King Street Conversations centers around the importance of maintaining eco-friendly initiatives and prioritizing sustainability throughout the year.  I spoke with Sacred Heart Greenwich junior Frankie Marangi who is a member of the Environmental Stewardship Committee, Mr. Matthew Blake, Upper School Theology Teacher and Sustainability Coordinator, and Mr. Jonathan Gold, Head Chef, to learn about their ongoing commitment to mindful consumption and environmental protection.
