For this edition of Guide to Greenwich, I visited The Granola Bar, CFCF Coffee, Maman, and Aux Délices to find the best iced tea lemonade in and around Greenwich, Connecticut. I judged each drink based on taste, price, and proximity to Sacred Heart Greenwich.
The Granola Bar
I began my iced tea lemonade search at The Granola Bar, located on Greenwich Avenue and just a 14-minute drive from Sacred Heart. The modern, airy space buzzed with energy, and the staff moved quickly behind the counter. I ordered their Iced Tea Lemonade for $5.50 and received it in under five minutes.
The Granola Bar’s version leaned slightly more citrus-forward than the others. The lemonade packed a zesty punch that stood out immediately, while the tea component took more of a backseat. Although the drink felt refreshing, the balance skewed a bit too heavily toward sour, and I missed the depth that a stronger tea base might have provided. Still, the drink delivered on freshness, and the bright, clean flavors made it a solid option—especially for those who prefer lemonade to lead the mix.
CFCF Coffee
Next, I stopped by CFCF Coffee, just a few doors down from The Granola Bar. Also a 14-minute drive from Sacred Heart, the café has a clean, European ambiance and plenty of seating. I ordered their Iced Tea Lemonade for $5.00, and it was ready within five minutes.
CFCF’s take on this drink was my favorite in terms of flavor. They lightly steeped the black iced tea, which allowed the sweet-tart lemonade to shine through without being overpowering. A subtle hint of mint added a cool finish. The drink balanced well, with just the right amount of sweetness, while the portion size was generous, and I felt the price matched the quality.

Maman
I then visited Maman, also located on Greenwich Avenue and a short 13-minute drive from campus. Known for its dreamy decor and blue-and-white branding, Maman offered a more artisanal experience. Their Iced Tea Lemonade, listed at $6.00, was the most expensive of the four.
Served in a tall, floral cup, Maman’s Iced Tea Lemonade combined herbal tea and fresh lemon juice. The herbal base added a floral twist, either lavender or hibiscus, which made it stand out from the more classic versions. However, the drink tasted slightly too sweet for my liking, and I found myself wishing for a bit more acidity to balance the floral notes. Still, it felt refreshing and more elevated compared to the others.

Aux Délices
Finally, I visited Aux Délices, located just off the Post Road in Riverside, around a 12-minute drive from Sacred Heart. While Aux Délices is more of a gourmet takeout spot than a sit-down café, the service was quick and friendly. I ordered their Iced Tea Lemonade for $4.50, which was the most affordable of the four.
This version was the most traditional, featuring brisk black iced tea mixed with a lightly sweetened lemonade. The balance between the two was spot on, and the drink had a crisp, clean finish. Although it was crafted from simple ingredients, it delivered exactly what it promised and was delicious. For the price, it was a great value.

Winner
After sampling iced tea lemonades from The Granola Bar, CFCF Coffee, Maman, and Aux Délices, I concluded that CFCF Coffee serves the best one. Its flavor was refreshing and well-balanced, the portion was generous, and the atmosphere made the experience all the more enjoyable. While Maman’s drink was creative and The Granola Bar’s was reliably good, CFCF’s balanced and refreshing feel is exactly what an iced tea lemonade should be.
