Maddie Hooper, Staff Writer
Sophomore Maddie Hooper is ecstatic to begin her journalism journey as a staff writer for the King Street Chronicle. She is excited to enhance her writing skills and contribute meaningful articles. Her mother was a writer for the King Street Chronicle when she was a student at Sacred Heart, and her godmother, Sr. Kaye Cherry rscj, was the faculty advisor to the newspaper for many years, and it is very meaningful to be writing for a publication that meant so much to them both. The 2021-2022 school year marks Maddie’s second year at Sacred Heart. She enjoys playing sports.
