Valedictorian is an exceptional academic achievement. How do you feel about this accomplishment?
“I feel very honored to be Valedictorian and also thrilled that I get to be co-Valedictorian with Arianna because we have worked together a lot over high school. I think it’s very unique that we are both student-athletes because it has prepared us very well in terms of building study habits and learning how to balance our time well.”
Lexi Parsons ’26:
How long have you been attending Sacred Heart Greenwich, and what will you miss the most about King Street?
“I have been attending Sacred Heart for four years, since ninth grade. There is so much that I cherish from my time here, but what I will miss most is the sense of community and the memories I’ve made. The friendships I’ve formed have grown beyond classmates or acquaintances. I truly value the sisterhood that defines our school. Each student is genuinely celebrated and supported, not only by close friends, but by the entire Upper School community and faculty who are always in everyone’s corner. It is hard to believe my high school years are coming to an end, but I know the values, relationships, and memories from Sacred Heart will stay with me long after I leave King Street.”
Where are you going to college next year, and what are you most looking forward to?
“Next year, I will be attending Boston College (BC) and pursuing nursing. I am excited to experience the strong sense of community and traditions at BC, which remind me in many ways of those at Sacred Heart. I am most looking forward to the opportunity to explore new academic interests and grow in a field I am passionate about. I can’t wait to embrace new challenges, meet new people, and begin this next chapter.”
Salutatorian is an exceptional academic achievement. How do you feel about this accomplishment?
“I am extremely grateful and proud to be named Class of 2026 Salutatorian. I would not have achieved this without the support system around me, my teachers, friends, and family, who have guided and encouraged me every step of the way. My time at Sacred Heart has taught me so much more than academics. I have grown in faith, strengthened my core values, and, most importantly, developed perseverance in ways I hope to carry into the coming years. I am truly thankful for this honor and for everything that has shaped my experience here at Sacred Heart.”
