Mrs. Cauliffe enjoys making her mother-in-law’s cherished family brisket during the holidays. Claire Moore ’22

“My mother-in-law gave me this recipe after my husband proposed to me.  It was super special because the recipe was never shared, and my mother-in-law was waiting to pass it on to the woman her son would marry,” Mrs. Cauliffe said.  “The ingredients are nothing special, but every year my husband really looks forward to these briskets. His anticipation, and the joy he gets from eating them definitely make this recipe a memorable part of Christmas.”
