Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life

Netflix is rebooting the beloved sitcom, Gilmore girls,  about a mother daughter duo living in a small picturesque Connecticut town. The show chronicles the lives of Lorelai Gilmore, a single mother and owner of a small inn, and her daughter Rory, as they navigate life in their small town. With the help of Lorelai’s friend and chef Sookie, local diner owner Luke, and Lorelai’s well off parents Richard and Emily the inseparable mother and daughter weather the ups and downs of life . Netflix is releasing a four part event, each episode following Lorelai and Rory in a different season of the year. Die hard Gilmore girls fans will not be disappointed as almost the entire original cast is back to relive the fun. All seven seasons, along with the new episodes, are available to stream on Netflix.

Plymouth is a town located along the coast of Massachusetts. This town holds Plymouth Rock, a place where settlers from the Mayflower, a ship who carried Pilgrims across the Atlantic, are thought to have first landed on the shores of the New World. Additionally, this location held the first Thanksgiving in 1621.
